Beneath Medicine Tree West Coast Rye IPA

A collaboration with our friends at Biggerstaff Brewing, this old school West Coast IPA was bittered with CTZ co2 extract and hopped with US Willamette and NZ Pacific Jade hops throughout the boil, imparting flavors of pepper, wood, and spice that pairs perfectly with the copious amount of rye used. We dry hopped this gem with Simcoe to add layers of stone fruit and tropical citrus to complement its outstanding bitterness. We collaborated this beer together to help celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the album, “Beneath Medicine Tree” from the alternative indie rock band Copeland.
