Hopback Mountain Imperial Rye India Black Ale

Brewed with English pale, spicy rye malt, and several carefully selected roasted grains from Germany, this robust ale has a subtle roasted chocolate undertone paired with a bold citrusy hop flavor and aroma. We hopped this beer with extensive amounts of American aroma hops, then ran the wort through a mountain of Citra -cone hops in our hop-back prior to fermentation. We finished this mammoth IPA with a double dry hop with Australian Galaxy Hops. Our former brewer, Neal, said, “I can’t quit this beer, but this job, yes.” Tap Date 2/1 18.5°P IBU off the charts ABV 8%

Big Slurp Imperial IPA

As Double IPAs go Big Slurp is a classic. A substantial malt backbone hefts the weight of 104 IBUs, but manages to pull off the trick with balanced grace. Hopped with Chinook, Centennial, Eureka, and Mosaic this beer is grounded with grapefruit and resin, but pops with fruit and melon notes. All at once hoppy and malty this beer is a celebration of balance. Cheers! Tap Date 11/5 OG 1.080 IBU 104 ABV 8.5%

Beer Flavored Vienna Lager

Our take on a traditional Vienna-Style lager. Brewed with a blend of Vienna, Munich, Pilsner, and CaraAmber malts, expect a toasty and dry lager base with a subtle caramel finish. A smooth noble hop bitterness provides contrast to the malt base. A beer meant to be enjoyed at any occasion. Easy enough for new beer drinkers, yet complex enough to please every palate. Tap date 11/20 OG 1.054 IBU 30 ABV 5.6%
